First Floor, Park House, North Street, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RN
The Back in Action clinic is located on the first floor of Park House. Park House is located in Horsham Park, near to the conservatory cafe – on the opposite side of the road from the cinema. On entering the building using the main entrance there is an intercom system on the right – press the Back in Action button so we can buzz you through. Climb the main stairs and then follow the staircase round to the right. The waiting room is the first room on the left.
Parking:
There is a pay and display car park in front of Park House. An alternative car park is available at the Pavilions leisure centre – Park House is a short 2 minute walk from the leisure centre.
On foot – from the carfax/town centre:
Walk past Boots (on the left) and use the subway to cross the road to Horsham Park – with the bowling alley on your left turn right and walk past the tennis courts on your left. Follow the path round until you reach the bandstand. Turn right into the car park and you will see Park House to the left of you.
On foot – from the station:
Park House is a five minute walk from the station. Exit from the main entrance to the station and turn left – cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and continue to the left. Turn right when you reach the car park and follow the car park round until you see Park House on the right.
