You will normally be asked to undress down to your underwear. We will need to look at you in various positions and ask you to carry out some movements when we examine you. This is a normal part of the examination process and allows us to determine what the problem might be along with other contributing factors. If you are uncomfortable with this please let us know so we can find a way to work around this. We can provide gowns or towels if you would feel more comfortable with these. Please also feel free to bring along a relative or friend to act as a chaperone if required.
